So first off, mod is, for the most part, working fine.
I did not kill the overseer during Escape. I know this because Amata will not follow you in the Amata Companion mod if you do. Also, the radio signal mentions her father as the overseer.
I finished The Waters of Life but was not getting the radio signal for vault 101. I tried a few things but then saw it's a standard bug and is sometimes fixed by doing the Pitt so I did. I then went to the vault 101 and, lo and behold, I'm getting the radio signal. I enter the cave entry but I still can't get into the vault so I tried "movetoqt" on the console. That got me into the vault proper but I still had a few problems:
Everyone on the Overseer's side is hostile - all security (including Gomez), overseer Mack (remember, I did not kill the overseer), oh, and Amata's father as well.
That's right, both overseers are there
Amata has been my companion until just now. I've tried both with her and after dismissing her.
