Question about TTW Team's Fallout 4 modding plans

Once the TTW team has modding for FO4 going full swing do you intend to host the mods here with the TTW mods or up them to the Nexus?

Unless anyone on the team

Unless anyone on the team makes an effort towards porting content from previous games into Fallout 4, users are welcome to check out TTW team member's respective profiles on the Nexus to see which mods they release for Fallout 4.

i plan on doing nothing with

i plan on doing nothing with it until i get it and have a rig that can run it.  so that'll likely be around the time the legendary version comes out.

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

I have little plans for

I have little plans for Fallout 4 since I don't enjoy the game very much. I will continue to mod TTW and branch out into other games which I already have started doing.

Some good vaults or interior

Some good vaults or interior zones need to be added to escape the RAD storms.

I want to make a framework

I want to make a framework that disables all the vanilla quests, because it just seems easier to get a voice actor for the player and call it a different character than to tack shit on to the main game. In my head I envision a menu option on the main menu. When selected it'd give you a list of "wasteland tales", basically whatever huge mods other people make to hook into the framework similar to how mods use MCM. Any body brave enough to use the system would have to handle creating content for a game the size of FO4... or build a smaller wasteland to use.

Why would I do this? Give me the same amount of time most modders think Bethsoft worked on FO4 (1-2 years) and a handful of voice actors and I'll build a better game story.

Would a voiced main character

Would a voiced main character be necessary though? I don't speak for everyone, but I would greatly prefer not having one. Plus it would save a lot of time and resources to not have to have someone record and edit all that extra audio.

No, a voiced main character

No, a voiced main character wouldn't be necessary. Other voice acting would though, if you intended to make quests.

Imagining voice acting for

Imagining voice acting for NPCs has always been fun, and where it should have remained.

I disagree there. If a game

I disagree there. If a game is one of the best games ever, but doesn't have voice acting (all of the Legend of Zelda games on Gamecube / WII) I won't play them. This isn't the NES, and voice acting is the whole reason video games started coming on discs when the PSOne came out.

NPC voice is not a problem

NPC voice is not a problem and I actually like it.  Two-way voice is not a problem in MMOs like that in SWTOR since you can not mod the game.   It is also not a problem in Fallout 4 since some already made the mod for full dialogued and you can shut off the player voice.  However if you can not shut off the player voice and mod features in, then it becomes a problem.  So I guess the only thing missing in FO4, is the typical Fallout cause and effect of actions taken.

would it be ok if all the NPCs spoke Simlish instead?
