I have used Project Reality and haven't had issues. That said, I do spend more of my time in New Vegas. Also, if you're interested, Nevada Skies works well too.

Nevada Skies works for you in the Capital Wasteland? IIRC, it gave me the blackouts at noon problem. Project Reality worked without a hitch. Presently, I'm using the TTW Fellout that was uploaded here. Works great.
There is a thread on fixing the blackouts at noon. It was easy to follow and helped remove the issue. I recommend at least trying each one out and seeing which one you prefer.

ah, ok, you fixed it for yourself, then. :) I did that too, back in the day, for Nevada Skies URWL version.
Does project reality make the ground dark in DC? Mine is too bright and if I run Fellout and Project Reality at the same time PR takes precidence over Fellout in all cases regardless of load order.
NV Version covers both. I've been using it for a while, and it's fine, mostly.

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

Yeah, that's what I was using.
Then I tried out Project Reality. Each one has its pros and cons, which is why I think it best to try both.
