Power Armor Distribution Overhaul

Adjusts the leveled lists for the various power armor using factions (Brotherhood, Enclave, Outcasts) through out the wasteland to increase the variety of armors used, and give better progression throughout the game.

New armors are added where appropriate, like Mark 1 Tesla Armor for the Enclave, and armors that already existed but were not being used by existing NPC's, like Brotherhood T-51b, are integrated into the factions armor lists.

T-60c power armor from Fallout 4 has been added as a new Armor tier for the Brotherhood. It is equivalent to Remnants Power Armor. Thanks TraVinh.

You now get a helmet along with your Tribal Power Armor in the Pitt. Ashur's Power Armor is now a unique T-51b Tribal Power Armor with a helmet. Courtesy Robindagoth and Captain-Ultima.
 
Also gives Raider's access to Salvaged Power Armor similar to what is used by NCR Heavy Troopers. Makes use of the Tribal T-51b helmet by SpeedyB and SplitSoul.

I agree with the fellow on

I agree with the fellow on Nexus about the raider power armor being much too frequent, but otherwise this is a nice mod. As I mentioned in the BoS topic I'm currently trying to get it to work with T6M Female Power Armor. Any advice on that?

are you still working on this mod? I really love your work here but the abundance of salvaged Raider Power armors is a bit immersion breaking. I would do it myself but I have no idea what I need to modify in order to change it.

Major update. A lot of cool stuff and some rebalancing to accommodate stuff introduced in FO4. T-60 is now in the game and distributed to some Brotherhood paladins. You can get Tribal t-51b from Ashur. Enclave Armors are now all higher DT and should lead to them being a little tougher. I think I got all the bugs and nailed the progression this time.

This mod seems to be having

This mod seems to be having some issues for me.  When I'm in the Pitt talking to Everett (the guy who rewards you for bringing ingots) if I give him the final ten, he'll give the speech about giving me the Tribal Power Armor, but doesn't give me anything at all.  And yes I'm pretty sure that this mod is the issue because if I deactivate it he'll give me the armor (sans helmet of course).

Hi, I'm a major fan of this

Hi, I'm a major fan of this mod. I'm running into three issues however.

 

A: Everett does not give the Tribal Power Armor or Helmet when completing the Steel Mill gathering quest. This has been mentioned above so is probably a recurring issue. Not too bad a bug, as you can just add the items with their GECK ids, but still annoying.

 

B: Raider Salvaged armor is not spawning. I have not seen a single raider with the Salvaged Power Armor set. It doesn't matter whether I change the level that raiders can spawn with the armor (to level one for a good point of the game), I have not seen a single raider with any of the armor in game. It may have to do with raider levels not scaling (I'm level 39 and the highest level raider I've seen is 9), but that is likely not completely the case.

 

C: Star Paladins spawn nearly as often as Paladins for BoS. Not an issue technically, but when you're trying to restrict the East Coast BoS from liberally using T51B armor and Star Paladins spawn with their ceremonial T51Bs everywhere, it's slightly immersion breaking. I'd add an option for Star Paladins to be outfitted with regular Paladin tiers rather than always getting their T51B armor.

 

I'd also recommend creating different settings for the West Coast and East Coast BoS Armor tiers (I.E. so the less resource-strapped West Coast BoS can have t60cs while most of the East Coast has to use t45ds). I could (and do) always just change the armor tiers manually in MCM when transitioning between wastelands, but it's still a minor hassle.

 

Anyways, great mod. Adds some variety to the big-name factions. I especially like the Enclave Power armor distributions to the brotherhood.

you shouldnt merge them. MCM wont like it. Most of the patches will merge into bash though
