No Pip-Boy on Traveling to New Vegas

Kara, the Lone Wanderer of the Capital Wasteland, has recently exhausted the possibilities for high adventure in her native land. Hearing about an old train that could carry her out of the Capital Wasteland, she ventured to Union Station, restored power to the building, and boarded the train.
'Nine Years Later,' she arrives in the hamlet of Goodsprings, Nevada with a terrible head wound...
ONLY TO DISCOVER HERE PIP-BOY HAS BEEN STOLEN!

Now, it seems that the Pip-boy isn't actually gone, folks - I just cannot see it.
I can navigate its functions using the keyboard, but it remains invisible. I have tried removing, adding and resetting its functionality using the console codes for the Pip-Boy... but I can never get it to show up. All I get is bare arm, without the Pip-Boy or the glove.
Attached is my load order, indicating 1.) the mods I have installed and 2.) what is active and inactive.
Can anyone help me get Kara back on the road to avenge herself upon this latest foe?

From what I remember about a

From what I remember about a Familiar Friend mod (Pipboy 2500), just disabling the mod doesn't mean your game returns to normal. There are steps you need to take to uninstall and deactivate Pipboy 2500.

Reactivate the mod, load up a save, and there should be an item in your Pipboy to help uninstall the mod. YOu might need to load an earlier save with the Familiar Friend mod active.

And I'm not 100% certain on how compatible Pipboy mods are with TTW

There's also a mod called PipboyRemover in your load order. Just because a mod is deactivated does not mean it's not affecting your game. Things to consider!

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

Did you follow the

Did you follow the uninstallation procedures when deactivating the 2500? If so, you should not have any pipboy 2500 folders in data/meshes or data/textures and you should not have any pipboy kf files in data/meshes/characters/_1stperson/locomotion. If you did not follow the process or it did not work, you could manually delete all of those files and then do "player.additem 15038 1" followed by "player.equipitem 15038". You may have done all of this stuff already.

I do not use either the 2500 or the Readius at the moment, but I do use the Pipboy Remover that you have as inactive in your load order. If I start a new game, I always just untick the remover esm until after that birthday party, after which I enable it and never have any further problems with it. Based on my experience I doubt the Pipboy Remover mod is related to your problem.

My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.

Hmmm...

Hmmm...
seems earlier saves don't work either.
I'm starting to think that I might have majorly broke something inside FO:NV's brain.
I might have to uninstall and reinstall.

Not sure why this problem would not manifest all the way through the FO:3 portion of the game, but then not work during FO:NV.

I also did NOT have the Pip-Boy 2500 or the Pip-Boy Remover active during the FO:3 playthough.

As I said, just because a mod

As I said, just because a mod is not active, does not mean it doesn't affect your game. This is especially true for mods much like Pipboy 2500 which require more steps to remove it from the game, not just disabling it's .esp.

Your best bet would be play around with it. Enable the Pipboy 2500 and load a current or previous save and see if you can make anything happen.

Also, I have no idea what the PipboyRemover.esm actually does, so tinker around with that a bit as well.

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

All the pipboy remover does

All the pipboy remover does is make it so that the pipboy is not visible until you actually look at it. It has an MCM menu which allows you to configure it for either the 2500 or the 3000. I just configure it for the 3000. Since all I am interested in is not having that clunky pipboy showing on my players arm all the time, it works fine for me. Also, it does not break TL, AO or Doc Mitchell, at least in my game.

My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.
