How do I reattach my arm?

I've been playing the Tale of Two Wastelands mod for a few weeks now and I've loved every minute of it. I've encountered a problem, however. My default armor has been the Wasteland Wanderer Outfit. However, lately, it has started to show a transparent space in between my pip-boy and the jacket's sleeve. I tried equiping and re-equiping the item with no luck. I also tried loading a save from before this glitch happened, only for it to appear there as well.

I went looking on the internet for more information. I found a few similar questions but with no responses to them. I came to believe I was looking at the matter from an incorrect perspective. That's when I noticed that while I had the Wasteland Wanderer Outfit equiped, the bottom portion of my left arm seemed to hang lower than it should have. I don't think this is  a matter of a mesh being made transparent. Rather, it feels like this bug has moved my left arm away from my body while wearing this outfit. This leads me to my new question:

How do I reattach my arm?

Thank you. I can't find my enblocal.ini. Not sure if I have one. Still, I'll continue to look and I'll let you know if anything changes.

Seam 'gaps' might also be

Seam 'gaps' might also be caused by a mis-match between a mesh and texture; Type3/6m body with regular armor textures. Sometimes when an armor is converted, or created from scratch, the texture might not be wide enough to wrap completely around the mesh causing a visible seam.

If a mesh is missing you get a 'triangle', but if it's present without a texture you get a purple object (think default 'blank' texture you'd see when workin on a 3D model). But if both are present, the mesh becomes invisible (see through) since it has a valid texture file (one that was specified in the mesh file). Now if the texture isn't large enough to completely wrap around the mesh (a now invisible object), you have see through seams.

I'm afraid I don't have any

I'm afraid I don't have any body or armor mods. At least, I don't think. Unless, TTW has one that comes with it.

Also, I should probably

Also, I should probably mention that upon closer inspection, I'm not sure if any of the mods I'm using even have an ENB in them (unless I missed something in fellout and vurt's.) Will continue to look, however.

Could there somehow be a mis

Could there somehow be a mis-match between mesh and armor between the two games? The FO3 mesh wearing the FNV armor? It shouldn't matter though, but you never know. I've noticed a seam on my characters shoulder between the trunk and sleeve, but I use a different body mesh from the vanilla.

Just downloaded enb for new vegas for the first time and turned off fixtransparency bugs. I'm afraid it did not work. I'm looking into what Mystical Panda said, although this glitch only manifested recently and I did not download any mods other than the ones in the load order.

I assumed you were already

I assumed you were already using ENB, that's the usual cause of such strange issues with invisible things.

It's possible something is wrong with the mesh or you have a mod overwriting it.

I turned off all my mods

I turned off all my mods except TTW and the problem persisted. I appreciate all the help everyone has given me, but I've done some more research on the issue. I've found more instances of this bug happening, including one from seven years ago.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/45ax83/wasteland_wanderer_outf...

It looks like this problem may be something inherent to the New Vegas version of the Wasteland Wanderer Outfit itself. I'm honestly a little surprised I never found a fix for it.

I shall look into this then.

I shall look into this then.

EDIT

Well the outfit has no PipboyOn node, so this will have to be created in order for the outfit to appear properly.

Good to know. I'll start looking into this a bit more. Either there's a fix out there for it or a guide on the wiki for making one.
