Fallout 3 Redesigned - Formerly Project Beauty HD ?

Does anyone know how to convert successfully this great mod to TTW? i tried using the usual conversion, but my game keeps crashing :/

If I remember right it doesn't need converted proper to work. Add masters, sort masters, [Save, exit, reopen] make a note of the index number for FO3 (06 in my case, or right after GRA) Then skim through and make sure EVERY NPC record starts with your FO3 index number. (I keep saying number, but it's actually hex, so watch out for that.)

Since it's just NPCs and FO3's NPCs are all in FO3.esm it's pretty simple to get functioning.

Almost forgot about this: Any generic NPCs you'll come across may have actually made it into NV. Not always, but alot of them did, so if it's listed for FO3 and you see it's also in NV, leave it as is.

Everything seems to work fine

Everything seems to work fine, although there were a couple of red boxes related to missing hair (or maybe overlapping ?). Coupled with Redesigned 2 for new-vegas, it's a beauty (aha ha ha ...so forced)

 no other problem. :)

Good news then, as I haven't rebuilt 'em since 2.0 launched. Not that they're should've been much difference, but I had them merged into a bigger mod that did have to be rebuilt.

Hey there, I've been trying

Hey there, I've been trying to get this to work without much luck. I have TTW running fine. Used TESsnip to delete the FO3.esm master on ProjectBeauty.esm and then added FalloutNV.esm as master. There are no errors but Project beauty doesn't work (there are no ingame changes). I figured I needed to make a merged patch but now FOEdit returns the error [00028EDB] <Error: Could not be resolved>[00028EDB] <Error: Could not be resolved> whenever I try to make a merged patch. 

Any chance TJ you could explain in a detailed step by step on how to get Redesigned for FO3 to work on TTW please?

Do the steps I said above,
(Bumping as ive had a few pms about this) Do the steps I said above, then when you reload xEdit check a few NPCs to make sure they correspond with FO3.esm. If so your finished. If not delete all pink NPC records from the mod, as they correspond with NV npcs. Then right click and apply script. There's a script in the drop down menu that changes only the index of form ids. I can't remember the title of it off the top of my head, but if you read the descriptions it should be pretty easy to find. Apply and check fo3.esm and it'll relink the records in the mod with the fo3 master. Note that this is for the very latest version of edit.

I'd appreciate it too... though it's understandable if it's too much work. My load order is the same as yours TJ, I just don't want to attempt to meddle in powers I don't understand and then have to do a fresh install.

I have FO3 Redesigned working

I have FO3 Redesigned working. I have only tested it in the character creation portion of the game, through the point where you are ready to leave the vault, and it is working fine thus far. I don't think I can upload it since I don't have the original mod authors permission but I am willing to shoot the converted ESM to anyone that wants it along with exactly how i did the conversion. Just send me a PM and we can arrange things.

The file size of this mod on the nexus is huge. Does this change a lot more things than simply NPC appearances?

I have it installed and it works, but Project Beauty and NV Redesigned seem to make NPCs walk around naked. I guess I need to look at it again in FNVEdit.

It turns out the Conversion

It turns out the Conversion script must still be used after adding and sorting masters. If it isn't you're left with "<Error: Could not be resolved>" in a few records which leads to naked NPC's or on occasion bald NPC's.

 -Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you.
