Do These Mods Exist?

Hey there, sorry if this isn't the right section. I've been looking for some mods, and I'm genuinely starting to think they're just not out there. There was a modder for Skyrim that made this amazing SKSE utilities pack that was truly great. Amongst the things in it was an auto-looter, unnamed NPC namer (so "Whiterun Guard" would be "Jorgen Shattershield [Whiterun Guard]"), static spawns, and more. But most importantly, it had a feature that would allow you to connect containers to crafting stations, so that you don't have to have the materials on your person. That's the first thing I'm looking for, something that does something like that. I have Sortomatic from other dependencies, and I figure that's so close to what I'm looking for, but it's just a modders resource.

There was another mod I used and loved from FO3 called Owned! by RegentEagle. What it did was it allowed you to obtain ownership of property by either purchasing it, or killing the owner. You can then choose to live in it, or rent it out for caps. For whatever reason, he removed all of his files from Nexus, but he gave a Reddit user his blessing to share it when they got into contact with him for it. I found RoyBatty's conversion guide, and I was wondering how difficult people think it might be to convert this particular mod?

Edit: There was one more thing. Does anybody know of any mods that allow you to manually level your companions?

Thanks a lot for your time and help!

You need a house mod that

You need a house mod that supports sortomatic to make use of it, or create your own. There are a lot of mods now with support for it and one recently that supports the F3 player homes.

I recommend ingredient loader as a companion to it, you can find it here on the forums and it's by our very own pintocat.

Owned! is a cool mod that was never converted or had a New Vegas/TTW version made, I agree it would be nice to see.

I currently use Megaton

I currently use Megaton Reborn, which does not use Sortomatic IIRC. I have the TTWInteriors collection installed, and the Tenpenny suite seems to use it (the containers names seem to start with an [S]). How difficult would it be for one to make the containers Sortomatic compatible?

Here is the converted Owned

Here is the converted Owned Esp. Fnvedit showed no errors and I did at least 30 seconds of testing.:)  Killed Silver, a note was added of a new property and was able to sleep in her bed. Think it's going to work.

I was going to point out that

I was going to point out that you can find a Owned! archive on this site, but Trm8r posted a new .esp just on the previous post .

About named NPCs, the Nexus has a few mods that could help. But they are a couple of years old and I don't use mods so I can't say if they work or are any good at all... But here are the links:

Named - Wasteland by Facistinabag TTW Conversion

Named Arms Merchant

Named Paradise Falls NPCs by Facistinabag TTW Conversion

Named Settlers and Locals

Auto Looters, I have heard of a few different ones over the years (I also heard that all have problems here or there). Again I point out that I don't use mods, so I can't say if they work or are any good at all, use at your own risk.

From newer to older:

Loot Everything

Auto Loot Enhanced - Improved

Auto Loot Enhanced

Auto Loot Enhanced - Edit

Auto Loot Improved

Auto Loot Mod

I don't think it is possible for the game engine to allows us to manually level companions.

Oh man, you guys are the best

Oh man, you guys are the best! I've been here like, a week so far, and I've had nothing but great encounters with the community :). Thank you to Trm8r for making the converted file! I had my first day of classes today, so shortly before the OP, I had taken my (legally prescribed) sleeping meds. I opened up FNVEdit and immediately realized I was in no position to learn a new skill lmao. Thanks for all the mods, Risewild! That's a shame about the levelling thing though. I come from a Pen'n'Paper tabletop RPG background (playing a lot of D&D 3.5 and even more Pathfinder), so customization for the "perfect" party is always one of my prerogatives. I guess if I really wanted to, whenever I level I can just edit their stats manually with commands. Would it in theory be possible (keep in mind, I know nothing about scripting, other than the fact that the language is called Papyrus) to do something like, giving a dialogue trigger or an item that brings up the level up menu like the player has. Do the level up (with giving a perk if possible), and then afterwards instead of leveling the player it just executes console commands to change the values (Like setav and addperk)? Sorry if that's dumb or something, I don't really know much but I'm trying to learn :)

Edit: I'd imagine that you'd use a gun of some sort to target the person you're leveling, or integrate it into a companion mod so that it pops up.

So I went and changed some

So I went and changed some stuff around and long story short, I present to you the Owned! v3 TTW Conversion, in the key of FOMOD. Original version credit to RegentEagle, and TTW version credit to Trm8r :)

You are welcome. FWIW if you

You are welcome. FWIW if you're familiar with Fnvedit converting a mod can be pretty easy. That conversion script worked like a charm, all I did was press a couple of buttons.

The two named ones by fasictinabag work fine i use them all the time. The others not sure either

If life is but a test, where's the damn answer key?!?!?
