Cannot hire Clover when playing as a female PC

I'm running into a bug where trying to hire clover as a female PC does not work. I can pay Eulogy, go talk to clover, she goes through the starting dialog about transfer of ownership and the last thing that pops up is a single option about having to go and then she acts as if I never hired her. 

I've traced it to the script attached to the dialog not being compiled and also having a few bugs.

My first thought would be, do

My first thought would be, do you have any other followers with you. I remember that even Dogmeat as a companion would throw some things off.

Secondly, disable all mods. All of them, even if it doesn't seem related.

Tell ya what, I'll test it vanilla TTW. See if it works. Delta is workin on CCO Follower Tweaks patch for TTW currently.

Edit: Works in vanilla ttw. Getting late so I'll test Delta's patches sometime tomorrow hopefully.

When I first ran across it, I did have another follower because I was testing out something that makes changes to how followers work. I went out turned off all other mods except for darnUI and fired the companion and tried again. Still ran into the bug. I got the embedded script in the dialog that corresponds to a female PC hiring clover to compile, the bug went away.

Having the same issue here.

Having the same issue here. Running vanilla TTW. I buy her from Eulogy, and then I go talk to her and she gives the intro as normal, then it only gives me the conversation option "I have to go" then when I go back to Eulogy it again gives me the option to buy her... again..... Tried it with the NokarmaDCFollowers.esp, then disabled that and tried it simply with lowering my karma via console command, then tried killing a bunch of people to lower my karma, tried the cloverfix.esp, still didn't work.

It always gives me that damned "buy her, have her do the 'greeting the new master dialog, then back to the 'I got to go" conv.

when i hire clover she is

when i hire clover she is unresponsive, she just stands in the same spot next to eulugy jones and wont follow. if i talk to her i get companion wheel can fire her tell her to wait all that. but she ignores everything. unsure if this is a related issue but i figured i'd throw it out their. i have more mods then some but i get this bug with or without mods. even started fresh game no mods aside from what TTW is/needs and coc over straight after getting out of the vualt. no dice. male character btw so its not only female PC with some issues.

try going to a previous save, prior to hiring her. de-activate lings and see what happens... the best way, and yes it's a pain, is to deactivate one mod at a time till it works. FNVedit can be used to give you clues to possible conflicts

changed my order as you said,

changed my order as you said, and put together a FNVedit patch. seems to be working now. on a side note i think just fixing my load order is what solved the problem. though i was in need of a patch for alot of conflicts nothing really effected clover directly besides lings which i left on and didnt change. thanks for the help bro. you sir are awesome.
